Beach Volleyball

This outdoor sport can be played in any sandy area with people from different age groups taking active participation. All that is needed is a net and a ball. This sport is a very easy one where even strangers join in for a bit of fun and it makes a lovely game for the family during weekends. However, this sport when played in competitions and tournaments can be quite a strenuous one.
Only 2 players in each team are actually required for this game but if you have inexperienced players then you would need more. Beach volleyball is the same as the volleyball that is played in courts but playing in the sand is a lot more difficult. Here power is needed for the players to jump high and hit the ball hard and land without any injuries.
